Possible cause #1: Your school's firewall or browser settings are blocking the website
To diagnose if there is an issue with your school’s firewall:

Visit the Planet Protector Academy marketing site.

If the marketing website loads, click on Sign In in the top right hand corner.

If you then get an error, it’s likely an issue with your school’s firewall or browser settings blocking the main resource website.

Please contact your school’s IT support and let us know if there’s anything we can do to help.
Possible cause #2: The website is temporarily unavailable
To diagnose if the website is just down temporarily:

Visit the Planet Protector Academy marketing site.

If the marketing website does not load, check other websites to make sure it’s not a general issue with your internet connection.

If other websites load without issue, check back on the Planet Protector Academy website in a couple of hours.
