Did you make a typo in the email address you provided on registration?

To fix this:

• Log in to your account with your original/incorrect email address (if you can't remember, email us at [email protected] or use the chat box)

• Go to your profile page

• Click on 'Change Email'

• Enter your new/correct email and enter your password to authorize the change

• Click 'Submit' to confirm the change
